Meet STEPHEN DE SENA

I have been a part of Nevada County since I was a young child. Moving to Nevada County in the early 1970’s, “I am fortunate to have the unique experience of growing up in this community and being involved since early childhood.” I obtained a B.S. degree from Concordia University, Irvine, and post graduate studies in Education at Chapman University and Sacramento State University. I went on to teach Alternative Education to grades 9-12, inspiring and guiding high school students for 10 years. “I served children that did not fit in to the Cookie Cutter School System many of us endured.” During this time, I also supported my fellow colleagues successfully negotiating Union Contracts while serving on the negotiations team for five years, and as Chief Negotiator for two years. I was initially licensed, in real estate, in 1990 and spent his first ten years in the business successfully administrating my personal and family real estate portfolios – spanning three states. Today, I enjoy a successful real estate career in Nevada County. Utilizing my years of experience in education and negotiations, I artfully facilitates the buying and selling process for the client. I negotiate the best price for Buyers, and get top dollar for my Sellers. I care about my local community.
